ITEM DESCRIPTION
Introducing our 2019 model conversion kits. A complete waterproof system from connectors to the motor ensuring reliability and efficiency. We have also introduced new products like the S830 LCD display along with the 20" Fat Tire Conversion Kit.

NBPower Geared Electric Bicycle Conversion Kits come with a 500W hub motor and a 22Amp controller.

Kits are ready to install with aluminum double walled rim and a hub motor already attached, all you need to do is to transfer your original tire.
We have two throttle control options to choose from, twist or thumb.
There are several other accessories included to complete this ebike kit such as pedal assist sensor and a set of brake levers with safety cutoff switches.

Electronic speed controller and hub motor are covered under 3 month warranty.
Remaining accessories are covered under 30 Days warranty.

- We guarantee that this item will arrive exactly as described in this auction. 
- All sales are final unless it is a warranty issue. 
- Buyer will be charged 20% restocking fee for any returned item unless it is a warranty issue. 
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or refund the purchase effect at our discretion. 
- At our option, we substitute/refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid. 
- All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization. 
- Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping to send replacement back.

* Carrier might damage items during shipping. 
* Please inspect the package well before accepting the shipment from the carrier. 
* If you notice any damage to the box or the shipment, please don't accept the parcel. 
* To report a damage parcel, please contact us. 
* We will follow up and file a "damage claim" with the carrier. 
* All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved. 
* Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection. 
* Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty. 
* We can't file a damage claim if you accept the shipment. 
* Therefore, we are not liable for any damage if the shipment is accepted and we were not contacted within the time limit.

SHIPPING
- All orders are processed within 24 hrs of receipt of payment. Will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 
- The tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail when items are shipped. 
- Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements. 
- International Buyers are responsible for duties of their countries. 
- International buyers: If you use USPS please be informed that USPS has neither tracking nor insurance for your packages outside of USA. We will not be held responsible of your package if anything wrong happened with the packages outside of USA. 
- - Address changing must be confirmed by our customer service before payment. 
-  We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee. Please email us for shipping fee if it is not stated.
- Unless otherwise specified, we do not combine shipping. 
- Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable.

RETURN & REFUND
- Any problem has to be reported within seven days of receive. 
- No refund on shipping charges. 
- We will accept returns for items that were posted with incorrect information and/or wrong item shipped. 
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance. 
- RMA is required for all returns; please email us with any problems. 
- All sales are final (SOLD AS-IS: NO exchange or returns). 
- Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
