For QS E-Bike Hub Motor Kits electric motor, it’s new design and especially upgrades for e-bike. It could be 72V 70KPH, available in a variety of sizes, such as 24inch, 26inch E-Bike Wheel, 17inch, 18inch, 19inch moped wheel.

Difference between V3/V3I/V3TI
1. Phase wire exit from thread side, which is easier to mount on bike and it looks better.
Left is V3TI, right is V3/V3I
2. Phase wire change to integrated one instead of standard loose one, which improved from IP54 to IP65.
Regular V3 uses # Standard wire #
V3I/V3TI use # Integrated wire #
3. Add brake spacer as default, which is thinner to avoid scratch phase wire by brake disc.

1. Specification:
PS. V3Ti short for V3 thread integrated, which mean phase wire exit from thread side of motor axle, we plan to replace V3 motor gradually.

Test Report
For 205 spoke motor, we provide 1 piece Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13, 1 piece Hex Nuts M16*1.5*7, 1 piece 4mm thick Washer as default.
Option 1: Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13 + Hex Nut M16*1.5*7
Option 2: Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13 + 4mm thick Washer
We suggest option 1, if the motor shaft length is not enough, choose option 2 and make sure the washer is installed and tight, otherwise there is a risk of shaft broken.
