The 48V 16AH lithium battery is a Tiger Shark Case with LG MH1 cells. Max full charged voltage is 54.6V. And its range is 50-70km.
5V USB charging port for mobilephone charging.

How to choose the right ebike conversion kit for your bicycle?

First of all, please consider if you want the front or rear drive system.
The front drive ebike kit system is easier to install on your bike and use the torque arm will be safe when riding.
The rear drivie ebike kit system need to consider the rear spocket speeds. Usually, there have 7speeds freewheel, 8 or 9 speeds cassette.

Also, our 48v 500w front motor dropouts size is 100mm. And the 48v 500w rear motor for 7spees dropouts size is 135mm.

After confirming the 1st question, please check your bicycle wheel size. Please note your bicycle tire's model. Such as 26"*1.95 means it is 26inch wheel. 700*35 means it is 700c wheel.

At the last, please choose the lithium battery 48v 12ah or 48v 16ah type. For your bicycle, you need to make sure the size is suitable. So the above battery spec. show their sizes and distance range.

Why do you need to use torque arm for front wheel?

Torque arms are used to prevent axle rotation in hub motors.
When a hub motor is powered up running, for all the torque that the motor generates spinning a wheel forwards, there is an equal and opposite torque on the axle causing it to rotate backwards.

1, Front fork dropouts is 100mm.
2, Install the disc brake if needed. And the disc brake postion is on the left of bike.
3, Put the washers, nuts in right location.
4, The spring is protect the motor's cable,so please make sure the spring is in the motor's shaft after installing.

The Rear Motor Wheel Installtion notes.

1, Rear fork dropouts is 135mm.
2, 7speeds freewheel installation with Chain. If your bicycle is 8s or 9s cassette type, please viewour cassette motor system.
3, Put the washers, nuts in right location.
4, The spring is protect the motor's cable,so please make sure the spring is in the motor's shaft after installing.

The PAS installation notes.

Our 48v 500w ebike kit system is working on both pedal assist system and throttle. If you don't want to install the PAS, the throttle will work independent.

Our PAS system only fix on the Cartridge style Bottom Bracket V1 and V2. Please see the picture below.

1, Use the tool to remove bottom bracket from the bicycle.
2, Install the ring of PAS bewteen the bicycle and bottom bracket. Note: the PAS is installation on the left of the bicycle.
3, Install the black plate of PAS. Note: The arrow direction is forward.

At the last, it is five levers PAS low speed to max speed from 1-5 levers on the lcd display.
