Q: I live in Germany (Spain,Frence,Italy,USA....), do i need to pay taxes?

A:Taxes will be prepaid by us to EU countries, the bike will finish customs clearance process before enter EU countries.( If you need any help , please contact me)

Q:If i place the order today,when will my order will be ship out?

A:Normally,we take 2-3 days to assemble the bike ,then we will send out and upload the tracking number.

Q:Why the tracking number not update at UPS official website?

A:Our shipping way is AIR+ UPS door to door shipping way.The bike will finish customs clearance process, then hand to UPS offical to delivery , that means the tracking number will work only before 2-3days delivery date.

Q:The bike is assembled well? What components will i need to install when i receive the bike.

A:Our bike is 95% assembled,just need to assemble the front wheel with quick release , handlebar, seatpost , pedals. Ready to road!

Q:Do you accpet customized services ? Can i have the bike with ALL BLACK , no logo, decals? Can you change the crank gear 11-28T , and crank length 172.5mm?

A:We dont accept customized services , like change painting or components , because all our components are massive purchase from SHIMANO ,SRAM and other brand.

Q:Do you have invoice ? Can i get one?

A:Yes, feel free to contact us if you need it.
