Yes, for all EU countries customer's order , we will send from our Germany warehouse.
3.What's the warranty policy of this bike ?
We offer 2 years warranty for carbon fiber frame , and half year warranty for other components on the bicycle.(for example , the SHIMANO components).
4.What delivery express you use ? Can i choose?
Currently our cooperation delivery expresss company are :DPD/Schenker/Czternastka. Not accept for choosing other.
5.What certificate does this bicycle have?
The biccyle pass CE certificate , the bicycle is match EU e-bike policy.
6.Can you send me an invoice after i buy this bicycle?
Yes, we can provide the invoice, you can contact us and give us your email for receiving the invoice.
7.Could i return the bicycle if i feel not satisfy with the bicycle ?And how to return ?
Yes, please return the bicycle within 7 days after you receive it . We will give you our warehouse address, so that you can return the goods. Your could use any delivery express to return the goods. About the shipping fee: if the bicycle is retrun due to quality problem /defect product... , the cost on us , if due to customer's reason (just dont like it , find a better price on other shop , not need it anymore...) the cost is on customer.
